Meet David: A Trusted Guide in Real Estate with a Global Perspective

David was born and raised in the historic city of Regensburg, Germany. Growing up in this vibrant European town laid the foundation for his appreciation of architecture, community, and diverse cultures—qualities that now influence his approach to real estate.


He pursued higher education in Germany, studying Political Science and Sociology at various universities before earning his Ph.D. from the prestigious Friedrich Schiller University in Jena. His academic training sharpened his analytical thinking, deepened his understanding of people and communities, and strengthened his ability to guide others through important decisions.


David’s dedication to service began in Germany, where he founded several nonprofit organizations focused on integrating immigrant children into mainstream society. In 2010, he brought this mission to the United States after being invited by a Boston-based foundation to share his expertise. After transitioning into business, David launched a successful brokerage and advisory firm, helping entrepreneurs evaluate opportunities and make confident decisions. These experiences now inform his work in real estate, where he supports clients with insight, clarity, and integrity.


David specializes in residential homes and especially enjoys supporting first-time homebuyers, always aiming to make the process smooth, honest, and enjoyable. Driven by compassion and hard work, David looks forward to helping clients buy or sell their home with confidence and peace of mind.


Since 2019, David has lived in Schaumburg, Illinois with his wonderful wife Jenny and their two athletic sons. He is deeply rooted in the community and actively participates in local volunteer efforts—driven by an unwavering commitment to serving people in need.



In addition to his passion for real estate, David enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, reading, and collecting unique cookbooks. He speaks English, German, and Turkish, which allows him to connect with a wide range of clients and communities. His warmth, service-driven mindset, and global perspective make him a trusted partner for anyone navigating the Chicagoland real estate market.
